This Privacy Policy describes how Wondergate (“Wondergate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website at Wondergate, the Wondergate mobile application at Wondergate App, our ticketing and point-of-sale systems, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. ##Quick Summary * We collect the information needed to sell tickets and merchandise, manage accounts, and communicate with customers. * Payments are securely processed by Stripe — Wondergate does not store full payment card numbers. * We do not sell your personal information. * We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. * You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing tickets@wondergate.com. ##Who We Are Wondergate is an electronic music company based in San Diego focused on music events, ticketing, merchandise, and digital experiences. References to “Wondergate” in this Privacy Policy mean Wondergate LLC and its affiliated brands and services. ##Information We Collect We collect information in three ways: - Information you provide directly - Information collected automatically when you use the Services - Information received from trusted third parties ##Information You Provide This may include: - Account information — name, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, password (stored as a salted hash), and notification preferences - Billing and shipping information — when purchasing merchandise or updating your account - Ticket and order information — events purchased, ticket tier, quantities, refunds, exchanges, scan history, and pass redemptions - Communications — messages sent to customer support, form submissions, and survey responses ##Information Collected Automatically When you use the Services, we may automatically collect: - Device and usage information — IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and timestamps - Cookies and local storage — including session cookies, cart functionality, and analytics tools - Mobile app information — app version, push-notification device tokens (APNs or FCM), and limited diagnostic or crash data ##Information From Third Parties We may receive information from third parties acting on our behalf, including: - Payment confirmations and fraud-prevention signals from Stripe - Shipping and delivery updates from merchandise carriers - Identity and age-verification checks associated with ticket scanning and event entry - Ticket purchase and attendee information from partner ticketing platforms including DICE, Resident Advisor, and Fourvenues when you purchase tickets for Wondergate-operated or Wondergate-promoted events ##How We Use Information We use personal information to: - Create and manage Wondergate accounts - Sell, deliver, and validate tickets, passes, and merchandise - Send verification codes and account-security notifications - Send transactional communications about purchases, tickets, presales, and events - Send marketing communications if you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law - Process refunds, exchanges, and disputes - Detect fraud, abuse, ticket counterfeiting, and resale violations - Improve and analyze the Services - Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations ##Communications may be delivered by email, SMS, push notifications, or in-app messaging depending on your preferences. ##If you purchase tickets for a Wondergate event through a third-party ticketing platform, we may use the attendee information provided by that platform to communicate with you regarding: - Event operations and customer support - Future Wondergate events and presales - Merchandise releases - Promotional announcements related to Wondergate only We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated third-party marketing purposes. ##Service Providers We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Services. We do not sell personal information or share SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing. Our providers and partners may include: - Stripe — payment processing - Twilio — SMS verification and notifications - Resend — email delivery - Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — push notifications - Supabase — database, authentication, and storage infrastructure - Vercel — website and backend hosting - Square — in-person point-of-sale payments - DICE — ticketing and event distribution - Resident Advisor — ticketing and event distribution - Fourvenues — ticketing and guest-list management - Cymbal — customer communications, event announcements, SMS campaigns, and audience engagement related to Wondergate events and services - Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — digital ticket storage - Shipping carriers for merchandise fulfillment - Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, and insurers - Government authorities or law enforcement where required by law For co-produced events, limited attendee information may be shared with event partners strictly as necessary to operate the event. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, customer information may transfer to the successor entity in accordance with applicable law. ##Cookies and Similar Technologies We use cookies and similar technologies to: - Keep users signed in - Maintain shopping-cart functionality - Understand website traffic and engagement You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the Services may not function properly without them. ##Marketing Communications and Your Choices Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link that allows you to opt out at any time. Transactional messages — including order confirmations, ticket delivery, account security notifications, and important event updates — may still be sent regardless of marketing preferences. If you purchased tickets for a Wondergate event through a partner ticketing platform, we may also send you communications related to future Wondergate events, presales, merchandise releases, and related offerings, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences. For SMS communications: - Reply STOP to unsubscribe - Reply HELP for assistance Push-notification preferences may be managed through your device settings or within the Wondergate app. ##SMS / Text Messaging By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Wondergate related to: - Login verification - Orders and tickets - Presales and event updates - Promotional notifications, where permitted by your preferences Consent is not a condition of purchase. Wondergate does not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. ##Data Retention We retain information only as long as necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes. - Account data is retained while your account remains active - Ticketing and order records may be retained for at least 7 years for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes - Marketing suppression and unsubscribe records may be retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests - Server logs are generally deleted within 90 days If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days unless retention is legally required. ##Security We use industry-standard security measures including: - TLS encryption - Encryption at rest - Salted password hashing - Access controls based on least-privilege principles - Audit logging and credential management No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials. California residents may submit verifiable consumer requests as described above and may authorize an agent to act on their behalf. ##Children’s Privacy The Services are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or market our Services to minors.
