Tickets Cancelled Events If Wondergate cancels an event, all ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Rescheduled Events If an event is rescheduled, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new event date. Customers who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement unless otherwise stated on the event page. All Other Ticket Sales All other ticket sales are final and non-refundable, including missed events, schedule conflicts, late arrival, or change of plans. Wondergate is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers or resale marketplaces. ⸻ Merchandise Incorrect or Defective Orders If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
